在2007年即重组后的第一年，国家邮政局积极完善对外交流与合作管理体制，加强与万国邮联等国际组织的沟通与合作，努力发展与各国和地区邮政监管部门的友好关系，拓宽了国际交流渠道；积极跟踪世界邮政发展趋势，与部分国家和地区进行磋商，完善邮政监管体制。国家邮政局愿意进一步加强与万国邮联等国际组织和各国、地区邮政部门的交流与合作，为促进全球邮政发展和世界和平进步做出积极的努力。

　　In 2007, the first year of postal reform in China, the State Post Bureau (SPB) actively perfected its international exchange and cooperation management system, strengthened the cooperation with UPU and other international postal organizations, developed friendly relations with postal administrations of around the world and established international exchange channel. The SPB closely followed the world postal development trend through the international visits, to improve its postal regulatory system. The SPB would further strengthen its exchange and cooperation with international organizations and other postal administrations and make great efforts to contribute to the development of world post and peaceful advancement.
